Lessons

Lessons
CBM Driving School have always used Ford cars and the latest Fiesta is the safest and most environmentally friendly yet with very low C02 emissions. The driving position can be adjusted to fit the smaller or taller driver easily.
CBM driving School specializes in teaching to drive in three stages which are tailored to suit the individual pupil. Someone with motorbike experience or previous driving experience will need different levels of tuition to help them improve and to pass the test.
Dual Controls are fitted but only used if really needed, as making mistakes is all part of learning to drive. You will be surprised how patient other drivers will be when they see you are learning to drive with a professional driving instructor.
PassPlus
PassPlus, formed by the Driving standards agency (D.S.A), has been around for some years and allows newly qualified drivers to experience 6 hrs of additional driving in areas that are not usually covered on most lessons. Motorways are the main topic that cannot be covered as a learner; but on PassPlus, a driver can experiance and learn to understand the different speeds and multiple lanes found on motorways.
PassPlus should be covered within a year of passing the Driving Test, and if the pupil is under 24 years and living in Dorset or Hampshire should qualify for a grant of £75 towards the cost of the course. I have application forms and will help you to claim this money.
There is no test involved, just completing the course of six hours, usually split into one hour followed by two hours and finally three hours to insure all subjects are effectively covered.
